Ghost cupcakes

My friend’s daughter had a Halloween party this weekend, so i got to show off some of my baking skills!  These ghost cupcakes went the quickest with the kids!  Chocolate sprinkles and fondant ghosts which are so simple to do!

I rolled out white fondant and cut it with a circle cutter.   Then I took it and placed it over a marshmallow and shaped it into a ghost.  I used butter cream for the fondant to stick better.

You can also use donut holes if you don’t have marshmallows.  I then used miniature M&Ms and attached them with butter cream for the eyes.

A little butter cream frosting on the bottom of the ghosts held them in place on top of the cupcake.
