I think it’s safe to say Ed Sheeran is having a pretty good week.
He kicked it off by releasing the first single off his sophomore album, “Sing”, which was produced by Pharrell Williams. The song immediately shot to the top of the iTunes singles chart and hasn’t moved!
Sheeran then revealed the track listing for his new album, Multiply, due out at the end of June. A simple photo of the song names garnered nearly 200,000 (!!!) likes on Instagram in less than 24 hours.
While he was flying up the charts and the information on the new album was spreading like wild fire, Sheeran traveled to NYC to start rehearsals for this weekend’s Saturday Night Live. He will be the musical guest, where he will perform “Sing” and another brand new song.
As if all that wasn’t enough, early Thursday morning he debuted the cover of the new album.
What do you think of the cover? Should Ed have put himself on the cover, the way he did with his debut, +?
