Britney Spears wants to make sure that her fans are safe during the coronavirus pandemic.

The pop star announced in an Instagram video that she will pick three fans to help buy essential items. Communities across the United States are facing unemployment, home isolation and supply shortages during the COVID-19 outbreak.

"Our world is going through such hard times right now," Spears said in the video. "Whether it's with food or I'm getting your child diapers or whatever it is, DM me and I will help you out."

The singer is helping out by participating in the #DoYourPartChallenge. This is in an online movement in which people say what they are doing to help others during this health crisis, reported CNN.

Spears was nominated by her sister Jamie Lynn Spears. She nominated Will Smith, Kate Hudson and her boyfriend, Sam Asghari.

While Spears is trying to help others, Kylie Jenner is doing her part to try and help slow the spread of coronavirus.

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star took to social media to advise her fans to self-quarantine after Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams asked her and other influencers to use their platforms to get the word out on the seriousness of the pandemic.

“Hey, guys. Happy self-quarantine!,” the 22-year-old began in a series of Instagram Stories. “I know I’ve already been doing my daily reminders about how important it is right now to practice social distancing and self-quarantine. I’m going on my ninth day. The coronavirus is a real thing. I listened to the Surgeon General this morning…Even though I've already been doing my daily reminders, he definitely encouraged me to come on here and talk to you guys.”
